Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Meindo Elang Indah. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sejumlah 180 karyawan. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 124 karyawan. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui disiplin kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian ini hanya menggunakan variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan masih banyak variabel independen lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya adalah dapat dikaji kembali dengan menggunakan variabel-variabel independen lainnya seperti budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan dan kompensasi agar dapat lebih mengetahui hal-hal yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at PT Meindo Elang Indah. The research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The population is 180 employees. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique with a sample size of 124 employees. The results of the analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) show that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work discipline, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through work discipline. The limitations of this study only use the variables of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline as independent variables, while there are still many other independent variables that can affect job satisfaction. Suggestions for further research are that it can be reviewed again using other independent variables such as organizational culture, leadership and compensation in order to better understand the things that affect the level of employee job satisfaction.
