Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh variabel work from home, disiplin kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel mediasi work life balance pada pegawai Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Pusat. Dalam penelitian ini sampel sebanyak 311 responden menggunakan random sampling, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan Skala Likert kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program AMOS versi 22. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa work from home berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 5,470 > 1,96, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 3,650 > 1,96, work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 7,896 > 1,96. Serta signifikan dan positif pengaruh work from home dan disiplin kerja bersama (stimultan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Work Life Balance sebagai variabel intervening. ********************************************* This study aims to identify and examine the effect of work from home variables, work discipline, on employee performance through the work life balance mediating variable on employees of Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Pusat. In this study sample of 311 respondents using random sampling, the data used in this study used questionnaires with Likert Scale and then analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS version 22 program. The results in the analysis prove that work from home affects Employee Performance by 5.470 > 1.96, work discipline to employee performance of 3.650 > 1.96, work life balance to employee performance of 7.896 > 1.96. As well as the significant and positif the influence of work from home and work discipline together (stimultan) on Employee Performance through Work Life Balance as an intervening variable
