Abstract

Berdasarkan data pada Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia pada Februari 2023, jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia mencapai 7,99 juta dengan jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia menurut tingkat pendidikan SMK 2,07 juta orang. Hal ini bertentangan dengan tujuan SMK meningkatkan angka partisipasi masyarakat dalam pendidikan, seharusnya lulusan SMK dapat membangun usahanya sendiri untuk mengurangi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia dan jumlah pengangguran dari lulusan SMK. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik survei dan penjabaran secara deskriptif. Dua variabel yang menjadi objek penelitian dimana Pengalaman Belajar Projek Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan variabel bebas (X) dan variabel terikat adalah Minat Berwirausaha Siswa (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan Pengalaman Belajar PKK dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa jurusan Kuliner di SMKN 33 Jakarta. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, diartikan terdapat hubungan antara pengalaman belajar PKK dengan minat berwirausaha siswa Kuliner. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,824 dan nilai p sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 menunjukkan hasil positif dan signifikan, semakin tinggi pengalaman belajar PKK, semakin tinggi minat berwirausaha siswa Kuliner. Pengalaman belajar PKK memiliki hubungan 68% terhadap minat berwirausaha, berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,680. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi, yaitu Ỷ = 56,942 + 0,530X, kenaikan satu satuan variabel pengalaman belajar proyek kreatif dan kewirausahaan akan mengakibatkan kenaikan minat berwirausaha sebesar 0,530. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan pengalaman belajar PKK menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dalam membangun minat dan keberanian siswa jurusan kuliner di SMKN 33 Jakarta untuk berwirausaha, serta memaksimalkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan siswa. *********** Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency of Indonesia in February 2023, the number of unemployed in Indonesia reached 7.99 million with the number of unemployed in Indonesia according to the level of vocational high school education of 2.07 million people. This is contrary to the goal of vocational high schools to increase community participation in education, vocational high school graduates should be able to build their own businesses to reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia and the number of unemployed from vocational high school graduates. The research method is an associative quantitative method with survey techniques and descriptive description. Two variables that are the objects of research where the Creative Project Learning Experience and Entrepreneurship are independent variables (X) and the dependent variable is Student Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). This study aims to determine the relationship between PKK Learning Experience and entrepreneurial interest in Culinary students at SMKN 33 Jakarta. The results of the hypothesis test show that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between PKK learning experience and entrepreneurial interest in Culinary students. The correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.824 and the p value of 0.001 <0.05 indicate positive and significant results, the higher the PKK learning experience, the higher the interest in entrepreneurship of culinary students. The PKK learning experience has a 68% relationship to entrepreneurial interest, based on the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.680. Based on the regression equation, namely Ỷ = 56.942 + 0.530X, a one-unit increase in the variable of creative project and entrepreneurial learning experience will result in an increase in entrepreneurial interest of 0.530. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the PKK learning experience shows a positive relationship in building the interest and courage of culinary students at SMKN 33 Jakarta to become entrepreneurs, as well as maximizing students' entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.
