Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan publik, Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Depok berusaha untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang optimal sesuai dengan Panca Dharma dan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Namun, Dinas Damkar Kota Depok menghadapi tantangan kompleks, seperti kapasitas SDM yang terbatas, anggaran yang minim, dan fasilitas yang belum memadai untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi terkini Dinas Damkar Kota Depok, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi capaian SPM dan merancang strategi kebijakan dalam upaya pengembangan pelayanan Dinas Damkar Kota Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mixed method. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rumusan strategi pengembangan pelayanan Dinas Damkar Kota Depok antara lain: usulan strategi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan SDM, usulan strategi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan sarana – prasarana, usulan strategi untuk mengatasi keterbatasan anggaran dan usulan strategi untuk mengatasi rendahnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat berdasarkan analisis SWOT. ***** In an effort to improve public services, the Depok City Fire and Rescue Service strives to provide optimal public services in accordance with Panca Dharma and Minimum Service Standards (SPM). However, the Depok City Fire Department faces complex challenges, such as limited human resource capacity, minimal budget, and inadequate facilities to optimize services. This research aims to determine the current conditions of the Depok City Fire Department, identify and analyze factors that influence SPM achievements and design policy strategies in an effort to develop the Depok City Fire Department services. The research method used in this research is mixed method. The results of this research are the formulation of strategies for developing Depok City Fire Department services including: proposed strategies to overcome limited human resources, proposed strategies to overcome limited facilities and infrastructure, proposed strategies to overcome budget limitations and proposed strategies to overcome low levels of public awareness based on SWOT analysis .
