Abstract
Pembelajaran case method merupakan salah satu Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) yang diterapkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia nomor 3/M/202. Salah satu matu mata kuliah yang menjalankan metode case method pada Prodi S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga, Universitas Negeri Jakarta adalah Gizi kebutuhan khusus. Dibalik tujuan metode case method yang efektif untuk mengasah keterampilan 4C mahasiswa, yaitu critical thinking, creativity, communication, dan collaboration, melalui analisis dan diskusi kasus yang kompleks, mash terdapat permasalahan dalam pengimplementasiannya. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan mash adanya ketidaksesuaian antara pelaksanaan perkuliahan dengan konsep case method yang di praktekkan. Maka dibuthkan suatu evaluasi untuk melihat ketercapaian pelaksanaan.. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) menganalisis hasil evaluasi countenance stake metode case method pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga dari aspek antacedents, 2) menganalisis hasil evaluasi hasil evaluasi countenance stake metode case method pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga dari aspek transactions, dan 3) menganalisis hasil evaluasi hasil evaluasi countenance stake metode case method pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Tata Boga dari aspek outcomes. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakaakan adalah pendekatan campuran (mix method). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis proses evaluasi yang menekankan pada dua jenis tahapan yaitu deskripsi (descriptions) dan pertimbangan judgments) serta membedakan tiga fase dalam evaluasi program yaitu: antecedents, transactions, outcome. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data menunjukkan 1) Aktualitas ketercapaian aspek antacedents pada penerapan metode pembelajaran case method mendapatkan nilai sebesar 74,2% telah mencukupi kategori Baik. 2) Aktualitas ketercapaian aspek transaction pada pelaksanaan metode perkuliahan case method pada mata kuliah gizi kebutuhan khusus menunjukkan hasil pada kategori Baik 71,05%. 3) Aktualitas ketercapaian aspek outcomes adalah sebesar 52,6% dengan kategori Baik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, countenance stake, case method ***** Case method learning is one of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Regulation No. 3/M/2020. One of the courses using the case method in the S1 Culinary Education Program at Universitas Negeri Jakarta is Special Needs Nutrition. Despite the aim of the case method to effectively hone students' 4C skills—critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration—through the analysis and discussion of complex cases, issues remain in its implementation. Observations have shown a misalignment between the actual teaching and the intended case method concept. Therefore, an evaluation is needed to assess the level of implementation achievement. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the evaluation results of the countenance stake method in case method learning for students in the S1 Culinary Education Program from the antecedents aspect, 2) to analyze the evaluation results of the countenance stake method in case method learning for students in the S1 Culinary Education Program from the transactions aspect, and 3) to analyze the evaluation results of the countenance stake method in case method learning for students in the S1 Culinary Education Program from the outcomes aspect. The research approach used is a mixed method approach. The method employed is descriptive, with process evaluation analysis focusing on two stages: descriptions and judgments, and distinguishing three phases in program evaluation: antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. Based on the research findings, the achievement of the antecedents aspect in the application of the case method in learning received a score of 74,2%, falling into the "Good" category. The achievement of the transactions aspect in the implementation of the case method in the Special Needs Nutrition course was categorized as "Good" 71.05%. The achievement of the outcomes aspect was 52.6%, categorized as "Good." Keywords : Evaluation, countenance stake, case method
