Abstract

Komitmen profesional Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen profesional ASN di lingkungan Ditjen Pendis Kemenag RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen profesional ASN, sedangkan kepuasan kerja meskipun memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen profesional ASN tetapi tidak signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen profesional. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan efikasi diri dan penerapan budaya organisasi yang positif untuk memperkuat komitmen profesional ASN dalam menjalankan tugasnya.*****The professional commitment of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important factor in improving the effectiveness of organizational performance, especially in the implementation of education within the Directorate General of Islamic Education of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on the professional commitment of ASN within the Directorate General of Islamic Education of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on ASN professional commitment, while job satisfaction, although it has a positive influence on ASN professional commitment, is not significant. In addition, job satisfaction proved unable to mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and organizational culture on professional commitment. These findings confirm the importance of increasing self-efficacy and implementing a positive organizational culture to strengthen ASN's professional commitment in carrying out their duties
