Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana preferensi dan segmentasi konsumen kedai kopi organik di Rawamangun. Metode penelitian kuantitatif ini dengan menggunakan conjoint analysis dan cluster analysis dengan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen kedai kopi yang pernah mengunjuugi Zamra Coffee, Jung Coffee dan Double V Coffee minimal sebanyak dua kali dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 53 responden yang diperoleh. Teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan store atmosphere berpengaruh bagi konsumen dalam menentukan kunjungan kedai kopi organik dan mayoritas konsumen tergolong dalam cluster konsumen yang mengutamakan store atmosphere dan fasilitas. Pembagian kelompok menggunakan metode cluster analysis dikelompokan menjadi tiga cluster yaitu, cluster satu merupakan konsumen yang mengutamakan store atmosphere dan fasilitas, kemudian cluster dua merupakan konsumen yang fokus pada kualitas produk dan cluster tiga merupakan konsumen yang mempunyai karakter peduli terhadap lingkungan dan dampak kesehatan. ***** This study aims to determine the preferences and segmentation of organic coffee shop consumers in Rawamangun. This quantitative research method uses conjoint analysis and cluster analysis with a Likert scale. The population used is coffee shop consumers who have visited Zamra Coffee, Jung Coffee and Double V Coffee at least twice and are domiciled in Jabodetabek. In this study, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 53 respondents obtained. The research analysis technique used SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) software. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere influences consumers in determining visits to organic coffee shops and the majority of consumers are included in the consumer cluster that prioritizes store atmosphere and facilities. The division of groups using the cluster analysis method is grouped into three clusters, namely, cluster one is consumers who prioritize store atmosphere and facilities, then cluster two is consumers who focus on product quality and cluster three is consumers who have a character that cares about the environment and health impacts.
