Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan informasi tentang pelaksanaan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian evaluasi program ini menggunakan model evaluasi Context, Input, Process, dan Product (CIPP) dengan pendekatan deskriptif-evaluatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta berjalan baik sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi ; 1) hasil evaluasi pada latar belakang, tujuan program menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan kriteria evaluasi, 2) hasil evaluasi pada sumber daya manusia, alokasi anggaran, sasaran peserta, dan sarana prasarana. Satu aspek memiliki indikator yang belum sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia PKM, karena belum memiliki struktur panitia penyelenggara secara tertulis dan belum memiliki acuan deskripsi kerja sebagai tugas pokok dan fungsi membuat kurangnya koordinasi antara pihak satu dengan pihak yang lainnya, 3) hasil evaluasi pada persiapan, pelaksanaan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa dan pelaksanaan monitoring dan evaluasi, satu aspek yang memiliki indikator yang kurang baik,yaitu Persiapan PKM, sosialisasi yang diadakan oleh tim penyelenggara PKM dilakukan secara lansung dan melalui via whatsapp, namun informasi yang didapat oleh mahasiswa masih belum tersampaikan dengan baik, 4) hasil evaluasi pada hasil dan pelaporan menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan kriteria evaluasi. This study aims to provide an overview and information about the implementation of the Student Creativity Program (PKM) at Jakarta State University. This program evaluation research uses the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model with a descriptive-evaluative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation, and observation at Jakarta State University. The results of this study indicate that the Student Creativity Program (PKM) at Jakarta State University is in accordance with the evaluation criteria; 1) evaluation results in the background, program objectives show conformity with evaluation criteria, 2) evaluation results on human resources, budget allocation, target participants, and infrastructure. One aspect has indicator that is not in accordance with established criteria, that is, Human Resources of PKM, because they do not yet have a written organizing committee structure, do not have a reference to the job description as the main task and function, so it makes the lack of coordination between one party and another, 3 ) evaluation results on the preparation, program implementation, and implementation of monitoring and evaluation, One aspect that has unfavorable indicator, namely PKM Preparation, the socialization held by the PKM organizing team is only carried out directly, there is no social media to disseminate information to students, so that it is considered that the level of information delivery is still not satisfactory, 4) evaluation results on the results and reporting show conformity with the evaluation criteria.
