Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT X. Populasi penelitian meliputi 102 karyawan PT. X yang juga menjadi sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan data perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) Beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi beban kerja yang diterima oleh karyawan jika dikelola dengan baik, maka pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. (2) Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan maka semakin baik kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT X. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi kerja yang dirasakan karyawan maka semakin baik kinerjanya. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of Workload, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT X. The research population includes 102 employees of PT X, who also serve as the sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and company data. This study uses a quantitative method with data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The results show that partially: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT X. Thus, the higher the workload managed properly by employees, the better their performance will be. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT X. Therefore, the higher the level of employee work discipline, the better their performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT X. Hence, the higher the level of work motivation felt by employees, the better their performance.
