Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak reward, disiplin kerja dan organization culture terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. DAT Hospital Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan kuantitatif dengan sempel 103 karyawan pelaksana, metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, oragnization culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, organization culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja, organization culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan kembali reward, disiplin kerja, organization culture, dan motivasi kerja yang akan mempengaruhi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan.*****The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of rewards, work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. DAT Hospital Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 103 implementing employees, the data analysis method used is Smart PLS version 4. The results of this study indicate that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, rewards have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organization culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, organization culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. Therefore, companies should pay attention to rewards, work discipline, organizational culture, and work motivation that will affect the improvement of employee performance.
