Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar, Lingkungan Keluarga, dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa Manajemen Perkantoran di SMKN 12 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta yang berjumlah 144 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan rumus Yamane dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 105 siswa. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara disiplin belajar, lingkungan keluarga, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. ***** This study aims to determine the influence of learning discipline, family environment, and learning facilities on the learning independence of office management students at SMKN 12 Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study is 144 office management students at SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling with Yamane's formula at a 5% error rate, resulting in a sample size of 105 students. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and student learning independence, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and student learning independence, (3) there is a positive and significant influence between learning facilities and students' learning independence, and (4) there is a combined influence between learning discipline, family environment, and learning facilities on students' learning independence.
