Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem penerapan work life balance pada PT. Cityneon Prima Mandiri, hambatan pada sistem penerapan work life balance pada PT. Cityneon Prima Mandiri dan juga mengetahui solusi dari hambatan sistem penerapan work life balance pada PT. Cityneon Prima Mandiri Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berupaya menciptakan sistem kerja yang mendukung keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, terutama terkait penerapan jam kerja formal dan komunikasi tim.Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ada, seperti beban kerja musiman yang tinggi, keterbatasan tenaga kerja, dan penerapan sistem kerja fleksibel yang belum optimal. Solusi yang memungkinkan antara lain memperkuat kebijakan kerja fleksibel, meningkatkan manajemen sumber daya manusia, menyediakan pelatihan manajemen stres dan waktu, serta memberikan penghargaan yang konsisten kepada karyawan.***** This study aims to examine the implementation system of work life balance at PT. Cityneon Prima Mandiri, identify the obstacles faced in its application, and explore potential solutions to overcome these challenges. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and questionnaires distributed to employees. The findings indicate that the company has made efforts to create a work system that supports work-life balance, particularly in the application of formal working hours and effective team communication. However, several challenges remain, including high seasonal workloads, limited human resources, and the suboptimal implementation of flexible work systems. Proposed solutions include strengthening flexible work policies, improving human resource management, providing training in stress and time management, and offering consistent recognition and rewards to employees.
