Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mendeskripsikan Manajemen Kurikulum Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknis Fungsional Pertahanan Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Pertahanan RI. Sub Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan kurikulum diklat, pelaksanaan kurikulum diklat dan evaluasi kurikulum diklat Ditinjau dari Prinsip Demokratisasi dan Kooperatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi:Kasubbid perencanaan diklat dan Staf bagian pelaksanaan diklat serta ketua atau staf evaluasi diklat dan widyaiswara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) proses perencanaan kurikulum diklat diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan,perumusan tujuan, pembentukan tim khusus dan pembentukan kalender diklat untuk mengetahui program diklat kedepannya. 2) proses pelaksanaan kurikulum diklat dilakukan oleh Bidang Operasional diklat dengan melanjutkan proses yang sudah disusun oleh Bidang Perencanaan untuk diolah lagi jam Pelajaran yang akan ditetapkan, serta terlibat lah widyaiswara untuk proses belajar mengajar di kelas menggunakan modul ajar yang diberikan. 3) Evaluasi kurikulum berbentuk evaluasi formatif dan sumatif, dikarenakan evaluasi dilakukan pada saat diklat dimulai, pertengahan diklat dan di akhir atau pasca diklat, hal ini dilakukan melalui Google Form. ***** This study aims to describe the Training Curriculum Management at the Defense Functional Technical Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The sub-focus of this study is training curriculum planning; training curriculum implementation and training curriculum evaluation reviewed from the principles of democratization and cooperation. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants in this study include: Head of training planning sub-division and training implementation staff as well as the head or training evaluation staff and instructors. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the training curriculum planning process begins with needs analysis, formulation of objectives, formation of a special team and formation of a training calendar to determine future training programs. 2) the process of implementing the training curriculum is carried out by the Training Operations Division by continuing the process that has been prepared by the Planning Division to be processed again the lesson hours to be determined, and the involvement of instructors for the teaching and learning process in the classroom using the provided teaching modules. 3) Curriculum evaluation is in the form of formative and summative evaluation, because the evaluation is carried out when the training begins, in the middle of the training and at the end or post-training, this is done via Google Form.
