Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada PT Pertamina Bina Medika, 2) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada PT Pertamina Bina Medika. Tenik pengumpulan data melalui metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Pertamina Bina Medika. Teknik analisis data dan analisis linear berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja karyawan PT Pertamina Bina Medika, 2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja karyawan PT Pertamina Bina Medika. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, perusahaan disarankan agar dapat mengurangi beban kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi karyawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya. **** The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze: 1) The effect of Workload on Work Motivation at PT Pertamina Bina Medika, 2) The effect of Work Environment on Work Motivation at PT Pertamina Bina Medika. The data collection technique was carried out through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Pertamina Bina Medika. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis and processed using SPSS. The results of the research analysis show that: 1) Workload has an effect on the Work Motivation of employees at PT Pertamina Bina Medika, 2) Work Environment has an effect on the Work Motivation of employees at PT Pertamina Bina Medika. Based on the results of the analysis, the company is advised to reduce the workload and create a conducive work environment for employees in order to increase their work motivation.
