Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketercapaian pelaksanaan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) melalui evaluasi komponen context, input, process, dan product sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan MP FIP UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi dengan model evaluasi CIPP dan pendekatan campuran (Mixed Method), pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pendekatan utama memperoleh informasi melalui proses wawancara dan menjadi bentuk penyajian data deskriptif dari hasil wawancara dan evaluasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif untuk penyajian data hasil analisis studi dokumentasi melalui dokumen pendukung program PKL MP yang akan dianalisis, direkap, dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dengan persentase hasil disetiap indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan program PKL MP secara keseluruhan sudah cukup sesuai dengan kriteria evaluasi dan terlaksana secara efektif tetapi terdapat kekurangan dari aspek evaluasi pada beberapa komponen. Komponen evaluasi context seluruhnya telah sesuai kriteria, program PKL MP memiliki landasan hukum dan tujuan yang sesuai landasan hukum tersebut. Komponen evaluasi input terdapat aspek yang kurang sesuai kriteria yaitu indikator proposal kerjasama karen dari segi isi belum lengkap mencakup keseluruhan informasi secara detail. Komponen evaluasi process, aspek yang cukup optimal berjalan yaitu perencanaan, pembekalan, dan implementasi karena masing-masing terdapat hambatan yang cukup penting. Serta indikator ruang lingkup pekerjaan cukup sesuai kriteria karena dari 93 peserta PKL MP 2024 50-70% peserta hanya terlibat dalam pekerjaan yang bersifat administratif, operasional, dan berbasis teknologi digital serta kurang dilibatkan dalam pekerjaan yang bersifat analitis, evaluatif, dan perencanaan. Aspek refleksi juga cukup sesuai karena program PKL MP 2024 hanya memiliki angket kualitatif untuk umpan balik. Komponen evaluasi product, terdapat kurang sesuai pada indikator efektivitas karena program studi belum memiliki pengukuran khusus untuk ketercapaian pelaksanaan PKL ini secara sistematis dan menyeluruh. Serta indikator seminar PKL cukup sesuai karena terdapat 3 kelompok yang tidak melaksanakan seminar tetapi dinyatakan lulus PKL padahal seminar termasuk salah satu syarat kelulusan pelaksanaan PKL. ***** This research aims to describe the achievement of the implementation of the Internship Program (Praktik Kerja Lapangan/PKL) through the evaluation of context, input, process, and product components as an effort to improve the PKL program of the Educational Management Department, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research employs an evaluation method using the CIPP model and a mixed-method approach, with qualitative as the primary approach to obtain information through interviews and present descriptive data from the results of interviews and evaluation findings. The quantitative approach is used to present data from document analysis through supporting documents of the PKL MP program, which are analyzed, summarized, and presented in tabular form with percentage results for each indicator. The results of the study indicate that the PKL MP (Internship Program for Educational Management Students) was generally in accordance with the evaluation criteria and implemented effectively; however, several shortcomings were identified in certain evaluation components. In the context component, all indicators met the required standards, with the PKL MP program supported by a legal foundation and objectives aligned with those regulations. In the input component, one indicator did not meet the criteria, specifically the cooperation proposal, which lacked completeness in terms of detailed content. In the process component, planning, briefing, and implementation were relatively optimal, although each encountered significant obstacles. The job scope indicator was moderately appropriate, as 50–70% of the 93 participants of the PKL MP 2024 were only involved in administrative, operational, and digital technology-based tasks, with limited involvement in analytical, evaluative, and planning-related tasks. The reflection aspect was also only partially adequate, as the program relied solely on a qualitative feedback questionnaire. In the product component, the effectiveness indicator did not fully meet the criteria, as the study program has not yet established a specific and systematic mechanism to measure the overall effectiveness of the internship program. Additionally, the seminar indicator was only partially appropriate, since three groups did not conduct a final seminar yet were declared to have passed, despite the seminar being one of the official graduation requirements for completing the PKL program.
