Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Work Engagement terhadap Job Crafting pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 280 responden yang tersebar di berbagai sektor industri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMX dan Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Crafting. Nilai kontribusi kedua variabel terhadap Job Crafting sebesar 52,3%, dengan Work Engagement memiliki pengaruh dominan (34,7%) dibandingkan LMX (17,6%). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kualitas hubungan atasan-bawahan dan keterlibatan kerja dalam mendorong perilaku kerja proaktif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM dan praktik organisasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif dan memberdayakan karyawan. Kata kunci: Leader Member Exchange, Work Engagement, Job Crafting, Karyawan, Organisasi. ***** This research aims to find out the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Work Engagement on Job Crafting among employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 280 respondents spread across various industrial sectors. Data is collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Research results show that LMX and Work Engagement have a positive and significant effect on Job Crafting. The contribution value of both variables to Job Crafting is 52.3%, with Work Engagement having a dominant influence (34.7%) compared to LMX (17.6%). This finding confirms the importance of the quality of the leader-member relationship and work engagement in encouraging proactive work behavior. This research contributes to the development of HR management strategies and organizational practices in creating an adaptive work environment and empowering employees.
