Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Pengemangan Karir dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. X di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. X sebanyak 145 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat eror 5% sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 106 responden. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji persyaratan analisis, uji asumsi klasik, uji linear regresi berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapatkan diketahui terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja serta terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Kemudian pengembangan karir dan motivasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. X. ***** This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between career development and motivation on job satisfaction in employees of PT X in Jakarta. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT X with a population of 145 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, and was calculated using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that the number of research samples was 106 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it is known that there is a influence between career development and job satisfaction also there is a influence between motivation and job satisfaction. Then, career development and motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction on employee PT. X.
