Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis flipbook pada materi kaldu untuk peserta didik kelas XI Kuliner. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMKN 70 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model DDD-E (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate). Tahap decide meliputi analisis permasalahan peserta didik, kebutuhan media, analisis konsep, dan perumusan tujuan pembelajaran. Tahap design menghasilkan rancangan flowchart, storyboard, GBIM, dan JM sebagai acuan pembuatan produk. Tahap develop dilakukan dengan penyusunan materi, pengambilan foto, perancangan tampilan, konversi dokumen ke PDF, pembuatan flipbook melalui Heyzine yang dilengkapi QR Code dan evaluasi akhir berbasis Wayground, serta validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Tahap evaluate mencakup uji coba peserta didik yang meliputi uji one to one, small group, dan field test. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase kelayakan. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh nilai 100%, ahli media 87.1%, dan ahli bahasa 85.6% menunjukkan kategori sangat layak. Uji one-to-one memperoleh nilai 98%, uji small group 95,3%, uji field test 94,5%, dan uji respon peserta didik 96,9% seluruhnya dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, media flipbook yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pendamping yang menarik, mudah diakses, dan mendukung pemahaman peserta didik. Kata Kunci: pengembangan media pembelajaran, flipbook, e-modul, DDD-E, kaldu. ***** This study aims to develop and examine the feasibility of flipbook-based learning media on broth material for Grade XI Culinary students. The research was conducted at SMKN 70 Jakarta. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the DDD-E (Decide, Design, Develop, Evaluate) model. The decide stage included analysis of students’ problems, media needs, concept analysis, and formulation of learning objectives. The design stage produced flowchart designs, storyboards, GBIM, and JM as references for product development. The develop stage was carried out through material preparation, photo documentation, interface design, document conversion into PDF format, development of the flipbook using Heyzine equipped with QR codes and final evaluation using Wayground, as well as validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts. The evaluate stage included student trials consisting of one-to-one testing, small group testing, and field testing. Data were collected using questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative analysis with feasibility percentages. The results of expert validation showed that the material expert obtained a score of 100%, the media expert 87.1%, and the language expert 85.6%, indicating a very feasible category. The one-to-one test obtained a score of 98%, the small group test 95.3%, the field test 94.5%, and the student response test 96.9%, all of which were categorized as very feasible.
