Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap komitmen organisasional yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada profesi perawat di rumah sakit Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto Jakarta Timur. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 99 perawat dengan sampel penelitian 79 perawat perempuan yang sudah menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasikan menggunakan program SMARTPLS 3.0. Dalam penelitian ini, uji deteksi efek variabel intervening dilakukan melalui beberapa tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja-keluarga mempengaruhi komitmen organisasional dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi antara keduanya. Nilai sampel asli dari pengaruh ketiga variabel ini adalah 0,564 dan t-statistik adalah 8,592. Hasil perhitungan uji sobel mendapat nilai 3,108, nilai > 1,98, ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap komitmen organisasional sebesar 31,08%. Kata Kunci: Konflik Kerja-Keluarga, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepuasan Kerja This research aims to determine the influence of work-family conflict on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction on nursing profession at Bhayangkara, Tk. I R. Said Sukanto hospital East Jakarta. The population in this study amounted to 99 nurses with a research sample of 79 female nurses who are married. This research uses quantitative methods with the analysis technique of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) operated using SMARTPLS 3.0 program. In this study, the detection of the variable effects intervening effect was conducted through several tests. The results showed that the work-family conflicts were influential in the organizational commitments with work satisfaction as mediation between the two. The original sample value of the third influence of this variable is 0,564 and t-statistic is 8,592. The results of sobel test calculation got the value of 3,108, the value is > 1,98, it proves that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of work-family conflict on organizational commitment of 31,08%.
