Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data yang berkaitan dengan bentuk dan struktur Carnavale de Venezia karya Francisco Tarrega. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Adapun tempat pelaksanaan penelitian yaitu di perpustakaan-perpustakaan kampus UNJ, ISBI, UPI, IKJ dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2017. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Carnavale de Venezia karya Francisco Tarrega berbentuk tema variasi, yang hanya terdapat sebuah tema utama yang divariasikan dengan berpangkal pada harmoni, ritmik dan melodi. Tema lagu ini berasal dari sebuah lagu rakyat yang identik dengan “my hat, it has three corner”. Pada karya ini terdapat berbagai macam teknik seperti slur, slide, trill, tremolo, arpeggio, barre, pizzicato, natural harmonic dan artificial harmonic. Di karya ini pula terdapat banyak ornamentasi seperti appoggiatura, acciaccatura, trill, dan mordent serta not-not kromatik yang merupakan ciri khas periode romantik. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti berharap bahwa seorang pemain gitar klasik mempunyai pengetahuan tentang ilmu bentuk dan analisis musik, untuk menambah musikalitas dari karya yang mereka mainkan. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat diterapkan dalam satuan pendidikan tingkat SMM (Sekolah Menengah Musik). Selain itu, peneliti berharap ada penyempurnaan pada pembelajaran mata kuliah Bentuk dan Analisa di program studi Sendratasik (Seni Musik) Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Akan lebih baik jika pada pembelajaran tersebut, digunakan untuk membahas dan membedah suatu karya musik dari zaman kuno hingga zaman modern secara detail dan menyeluruh, termasuk elemen-elemen di dalam musik seperti melodi, ritmik, harmoni, dinamika, tekstur dan alur, bentuk dan struktur. The purpose of this study was to obtain data related to the shape and structure of Carnavale de Venezia by Francisco Tarrega. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive type. The place of research implementation is in the campus libraries UNJ, ISBI, UPI, IKJ and this study was conducted in March to June 2017. The results can be concluded that the Carnarale de Venezia by Francisco Tarrega is a variation theme, with only a major theme varied by harmonizing rhythmics and melodies. The theme of this song comes from a folk song synonymous with "my hat, it has three corners". In this work there are various techniques such as slur, slide, trill, tremolo, arpeggio, barre, pizzicato, natural harmonic and artificial harmonic. In this work there is also a lot of ornamentation such as appoggiatura, acciaccatura, trill, and mordent and chromatic notes which is the hallmark of the romantic period. From the results of this study, researchers hope that a classical guitar player has knowledge of the science of form and analysis of music, to add the musicality of the work they play. The results of this study can also be applied in the level of education units of High School Music. In addition, the researcher hopes that there will be improvement in the learning of Form and Analysis course in Sendratasik (Art of Music) course of State University of Jakarta. It would be better to study and dissect a work of music from ancient times to modern times in detail and thoroughly, including elements in music such as melody, rhythm, harmony, dynamics, texture and plot, form and structure.
