Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan suatu perbaikan dalam proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD Islam Al AZHAR 20 Cibubur Jakarta Timur melalui Pendekatan Cooperative Learning Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam Al AZHAR 20 Kecamatan Cibubur Jakarta Timur. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV tahun 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Metode Penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan model spiral/siklus dari Kemmis dan Taggart dengan empat tahap pada setiap siklus, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar secara bertahap setelah dilakukan tindakan. Pada siklus I, persentase pencapaian hasil belajar kognitif 46,7% dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 65, hasil pengamatan tindakan guru sebesar 66,7%. Pada siklus II, persentase pencapaian hasil belajar kognitif 100% dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 80,3, dan hasil pengamatan tindakan guru sebesar 93,3%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendekatan Cooperative Learning Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SD Islam Al AZHAR 20 Cibubur Jakarta Timur. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Pendekatan Cooperative Learning Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV dan membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran tentang cerita anak. The purpose of this study is to make an improvement in the learning process and improve learning outcomes Indonesian Islam fourth grade student Al AZHAR 20 Cibubur, East Jakarta through Cooperative Learning Approach Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) This study was conducted in SD Islam Al AZHAR 20 Cibubur East Jakarta District. Subjects were fourth grade students in 2012/2013 which were 30 students. Methods The study was classroom action research using a model of spiral / cycle from Kemmis and Taggart with four stages in each cycle, namely the planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The results found that there was a gradual increase in learning outcomes after the action. In the first cycle, the percentage of attainment of cognitive learning outcomes 46.7% with an average grade of 65, teacher observation measures of 66.7%. In the second cycle, the percentage of cognitive learning achievement 100% with an average grade of 80.3, and observation measures of 93.3% of teachers. It can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Approach Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) may improve the outcomes of students learning Indonesian Islam fourth grade Al AZHAR 20 Cibubur, East Jakarta. The implications of these results is that the Cooperative Learning Approach Type CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) is one approach that can be used to improve learning outcomes Indonesian fourth grade students and make students more active in the learning process of children's stories.
