Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta. Pengambilan data penelitian di lakukan pada bulan Januari sampai April 2017, di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta yang terletak di Jalan Mawar Merah VI Perumnas Klender Malaka Jaya Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur 13460, Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi atau pengamatan, wawancara, dokumen dan bahan audiovisual. Sumber data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan inti. Informan kunci adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta bidang Kurikulum, sedangkan informan intinya adalah Guru Sejarah di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta, serta peserta didik kelas XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3, dan XI IPS 4. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta pada kelas XI IPS masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru sejarah berlatar belakang pendidikan non sejarah. Penugasan tugas mengajar, dimana guru berlatar belakang pendidikan non sejarah mendapat tugas mengajar bidang studi sejarah. Hal ini membuat guru mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajar pembelajaran sejarah dengan latar belakang disiplin ilmu yang berbeda. Pada kegiatan proses pembelajaran, guru telah melakukan langkah-langkah kegiatan pembelajaran seperti kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup secara penuh, meskipun di dalam setiap langkah pembelajaran tersebut masih terdapat kekurangan, dimana guru dalam beberapa pertemuan pada kegiatan inti belum melaksanakan pendekatan saintifik secara maksimal meliputi kegiatan mengamati, menanyakan, mengumpulkan informasi, mengolah informasi dan mengkomunikasikan. Sedangkan pada pelaksanaan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru membagi penilaian kedalam tiga bidang, yaitu: penilaian pengetahuan, penilaian keterampilan dan penilaian sikap. Adapun nilai peserta didik di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta telah mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar Minimal (KBM) mata pelajaran Sejarah dan mata pelajaran Sejarah Indonesia yaitu 75. This study aims to describe learning history in SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta. The research data is taken from January to April 2017, at SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta, located at Jalan Mawar Merah VI Perumnas Klender Malaka Jaya Duren Sawit, East Jakarta 13460, Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with case study approach. Data collection techniques are obtained through observation or observation, interviews, documents and audiovisual materials. The data sources used in this study consist of key informants and core informants. Key informant is Vice Principal of SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta Curriculum, while the core informant is History Teacher at SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta, and students of class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3, and XI IPS 4. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that learning history in SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta in class XI IPS still have obstacles faced by history teacher with non history background. Assignment of teaching tasks, where teachers of non- historical education background get the task of teaching the field of history study. This makes it difficult for teachers to teach history lessons with different disciplinary backgrounds. In the learning process activities, the teacher has done the steps of learning activities such as preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities in full, although in each learning step there are still shortcomings, where teachers in some meetings on the core activities have not carried out scientific approach to the maximum Include observing, asking, gathering information, processing information and communicating. While the assessment conducted by the teacher divide the assessment into three areas, namely: assessment of knowledge, skills assessment and attitude assessment. The value of learners in SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta has achieved the value of Minimum Learning Completeness Criteria (KBM) subjects History and subjects History of Indonesia is 75.
