Abstract
Karya ilmiah ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui komptensi karyawan pada divisi pelatihan dan pengembangan PT ASABRI (Persero). Metode yang dilakukan adalah analisisi deskriptif dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa kompetensi dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya bergantung pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Karyawan harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik agar dapat bekerja secara maksimal. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat karyawan yang kurang memiliki kompetensi dengan baik sehinnga perlu adanya penyelesaian dan perhatian lebih agar pencapaian tujuan terlaksana dengan baik. This paper has a purpose to find out competence of employees in the training and development division of PT ASABRI (Persero). The method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through literature study and observation. From the results of the study found that competence in carrying out his work depends on the knowledge and skills possessed. Employees must have good knowledge and skills in order to work optimally. However, in implementation there are still employees who less have competency well, so that there is a need for more solution and attention for the good achievement of goals.
